How would one know if they had a strength or weakness in mental rotation before a mental image could be conjured up., Thanks for your reply though on my last question as I am a troubleshooter by nature and I always am interested in information that could better help with these things. Hi Marko this is just a follow up to my last comment that I forgot to add and that is would I need to memorize an object at several static directions before my mind would start mentally rotating those objects naturally since rotation in the physical realm factors in many angles so I would assume people without Aphantasia can conjur up an image automatically and rotate it in whatever angle they choose. This should be easy to differentiate because the afterimage you see the image of what you were just starting at (with the colors in negative like explained on wikipedia) while an actual mental image is an image of something that you havent just been staring at.
